Men's Bible Study Group - Room 56 - we are discussing a challenging book by Dr. David Jeremiah, "Slaying the Giants in Your Life". Dr. Jeremiah weaves gripping, real-life stories of contemporary giant slayers who came face-to-face with their own Goliaths: temptation, doubt, procastination, and jealousy. “Jesus and the Gospels” - Would you like to know more about the quest for the historical Jesus? The Canonical Gospels in their first-century context? The “other” gospels of May Magdalen, Thomas, Judas? Try our new Wednesday-night series based on “Jesus and the Gospels” by Luke Timothy Johnson, New Testament professor at Emory’s School of Theology. We will be following the same video/discussion format inagurated by Bill.
